Terms of manifold core return
  1. The remanufactured manifold is sold with an additional refundable deposit, depending on the manifold type.
  2. The old manifold must be returned within 14 days in order to qualify for the deposit refund. Transport time is not included in this period.
  3. If the customer sends us the old manifold, the paid deposit is returned to the customer’s bank account.
  4. The customer is obliged to protect the old manifold against transport damage during return shipment.
  5. The returned old manifold must be complete, i.e. contain all the parts with which it was originally supplied.
  6. The returned old manifold must be free from mechanical damage.
  7. The returned old manifold must be an original unit – we do not accept non-original replacements.
  8. The returned old manifold must be the counterpart of the purchased remanufactured manifold.
  9. If the returned old manifold is incomplete, the deposit is reduced by the value of the missing parts, or the old manifold is returned to the customer.
  10. If the returned old manifold has mechanical damage (for example, a broken or cracked cover), the deposit is not returned.
  11. The cost of returning the old manifold is covered by us only within the territory of Poland. For customers outside Poland, the return cost is covered by the customer.
